Itinerary
Day 01
ARRIVAL MEDAN – PARAPAT (L/D)
Arrive at Kuala Namu International Airport and be welcomed by our friendly tour guide. Then proceed to a local restaurant for lunch. After lunch, continue the journey to Parapat, Lake Toba. Along the way, stop at Patent Shop in Pematang Siantar for a short break and to enjoy or purchase local specialty snacks: Teng Teng, Tang Tang, Ting Ting, and Tong Tong. Arrive in Parapat, a beautiful tourist town by the shores of Lake Toba. Check in to the hotel. Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 02
PARAPAT – SAMOSIR ISLAND – PARAPAT – BERASTAGI (B/L/D)
Have breakfast at the hotel, then cross Lake Toba by ferry boat (approximately 45 minutes). Visit Tomok Village to see the ancient tomb of the Batak King, King Sidabutar, and shop for souvenirs. Continue the boat ride to Ambarita to visit the stone tables, chairs, and execution site in Siallagan Village. Return to Parapat for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, continue the journey to Berastagi. On the way, stop at Simarjarunjung, the highest hill around Lake Toba, to enjoy the breathtaking view while sipping warm Bandrek and fried bananas (personal expense). Next, visit the stunning Sipiso Piso Waterfall and admire the magnificent view from the northern tip of Lake Toba. Arrive in Berastagi, visit the Fruit and Flower Market to buy fresh fruits and flowers. Check in to the hotel and enjoy dinner at the hotel.
Day 03
BERASTAGI – MEDAN (B,L,D)
Breakfast at the hotel, then continue the journey to Medan. Upon arrival in Medan, visit the Maimoon Palace, the palace of the Sultan of the Malay Deli Kingdom, built in 1888. Lunch at a local restaurant, then visit a batik shop, the local market, and a shopping mall. Check in to the hotel, then enjoy some free and easy time after dinner.
Day 04
MEDAN – AIRPORT (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Then, enjoy shopping until it’s time to head to the airport for your flight. Return home with beautiful memories from Medan and Lake Toba.
