Terma & Syarat

 Harga kanak- kanak berkatil :- 95% dari harga dewasa

 Harga kanak-kanak tanpa katil :- 90% dari harga dewasa

Kadar yang disebut adalah dalam Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) & termasuk DTA (untuk ejen pelancongan sahaja).

Kadar yang disebut adalah tertakluk kepada perubahan sehingga pengesahan akhir.

Pengesahan adalah tertakluk kepada ketersediaan syarikat penerbangan, penginapan & pengaturan darat lain.

Harga pakej berbeza-beza bergantung pada jumlah pax yang melakukan perjalanan Bersama.

Proses tempahan tiket penerbangan, penginapan dan aturan darat yang lain hanya akan dibuat selepas pembayaran deposit diterima.

 Pembayaran deposit adalah tidak akan dikembalikan (melainkan dinyatakan).

Sebarang pindaan yang dibuat selepas pengesahan adalah tertakluk kepada penalti yang akan dinasihatkan bergantung kepada kes.

Sebarang pembatalan adalah tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat pembatalan syarikat penerbangan, penginapan & elemen darat lain.

7. The refund would not be entertained for unused services due to unforeseen circumstances (unused service is not refundable).
8. For any unused service is not refundable.
9. The Person who cannot pass the immigration in the International Airport, Tour Fare would be non- refundable.
10. NUH TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD acts only as your agent to provide you to service providers such as Airlines, Hotel, Ferry, Coaches, and others. We shall not in any circumstances be held liable for and will not accept responsibility or liability for the acts omissions, defaults on the past of these services provides and government change of regulations.
11. These packages are under Series Group Departures if the group is below our minimum, we will be informing our customers as our Company SOP 2 Month before Departure. The customer might choose the option as per below:
    a. Postponed traveling
    b. Refund Full Amount Paid
    c. Change or postponed to other destination
12. Upon receiving full payment, the issuance of travel insurance after receiving the total amount paid only then further process such as Travel Insurance will be done 14 days before departure as it is a Series Tour.
13. Kind Reminder: Tour Escort from NUH TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD will be sent if the group is more than 25 pax below to that our representative guide will be receiving at the country’s airport.
